The location is excellent, with all the main attractions within walking distance—and to top it off, the beach is just around the corner.

Wish they had more breakfast options..like lentil soup. Coffee was really bad, they can improve on getting good coffee and or machine. Should have option like Turkish coffee ottoman coffee or normal coffee Keep the fresh milk near the tea dispenser

The hotel was generally pleasant. They need to look their wifi speeds which are inadequate for working remotely and also look into changing the carpets in the rooms. The staff at reception could also benefit from some customer service training , exchanging some pleasentaries at check in and check out is fairly standard hotel practice and not too much to ask of what advertises itself as a 5* hotel. Generally great lobby and reception area,gym was outstanding, and great location for tram stops etc.

The property is really clean and nice,but unfortunately its located around lots of car dealerships and mechanics shop, not a tourist area
