"Honest review! Area not great. Many separate buildings so reception not easy to locate. Room needs renovating and very basic. Wardrobe didn’t close. Fridge very noisy. Corridors dirty. Staff were ok. Bar area nice looking over the water. Bed comfy. If all you need to do is sleep, it’s ok. If you’re taking a break, look for somewhere nice and more conveniently located. Parking secure and easy, also good price. Nowhere close by to eat. Dunkirk itself is run down. Beach area nice with some nice bars and restaurants but a good 30 min walk. It is clear to see they are trying to reinvigorate the town, which is going well in some areas. "

"Room was nice and clean. Comfy bed. Bathroom quite dated. Parking is in the main square opposite the hotel which was free because it was Sunday. otherwise you have to pay from 8am to noon and 2pm to 6pm. "

"It was an ideal overnight stay for us from the ferry port.I checked ahead that we would be able to check in late and they replied promptly that there was an overnight porter. Parking was provided and the room was exactly right for a family of 3 with a bunk bed for a daughter. We paid for breakfast with the room and glad we did as it was suitable for setting us up for the road ahead: coffee, croissant, bread and and cereal for our daughter. Another couple wanted to pay for breakfast separately but they wete told that it has to be pre booked."

"Hi im gluten free last year when i stayed there was lot of food to eat with different choice this year was hardly nothing i could only eat rolls with salmon or cheese no greek yogurt or fresh fruit salad so i was dispointed room was up top very hot no air in the room toilet wasnt all that clean no bath towels were changed and empty bins didn't see no cleaning my last stay was lovely. "

"Staff were all lovely There was lots of noise from the outside road and from the liquor store outside the window. Deliveries started very early shortly after 6am Room was large. Bed and pillows comfy. We did find a pair of Men’s pants presumably left from a previous occupant. "
