"The room was fine but the whole building smelled bad. The lobby smelled like a locker room and when we first stepped into our room it smelled like weed."

"I usually don't write a comment, but I thought i should share my experience. The room smelled horrible. I think the person who stayed before us got sick. The carpet was wet (hopefully from cleaning). The air only slightly worked (I don't think the fan was working). The bedding was rough (think hospital bedding). The toilet handle kept getting stuck and finally I think the room may have had fleas. The courtyard is beautiful and so is the lobby and lounging areas. I was there for a convention, so I spent as much time as possible outside of the room."

"Overall, my stay was excellent. I was traveling on business and spent a significant amount of time working from my room. The only issue I encountered was the lack of data and charging ports at the desk. As a result, I had to plug in my phone and other devices away from my workspace, which was somewhat inconvenient. Aside from that, the accommodations were comfortable, and I had a very positive experience."

"The daytime staff was very nice and helpful. The pictures in the listing were a bit misleading and also, make sure to read ALL the details. My husband and I were in Nashville for a convention at the fairgrounds and the hotel was in a good location for our needs, less than a 5min drive. We booked online and the pictures made it look like there was a sitting space and a kitchen area. There is, but they are shared spaces with other guests. The rooms are very small and cramped, the beds were hard, there was very little water pressure, the safe in our room was broken, and the T.V. remote was missing. There was nothing the staff could do to help with most of that but they did replace our remote very quickly, as I said the daytime staff was wonderful. Luckily, we weren’t in the room much but when we were it wasn’t very comfortable."
