"Construction noises woke us up early in the morning, we were not informed in advance that the restaurant in the same building directly below us was performing renovations. In addition, there were ants in the suite. The reception staff were not helpful and did not offer any solution. Would not stay again."

"Bei der Ankunft im ersten Arpartment haben wir festgestellt das Ameisen in der kompletten Küche waren. Dies war in den darauffolgenden 2 Arpartments noch schlimmer. Nach einem 1 Stündigem Telefonat mit der Managerin haben wir dann in eine andere Anlage gewechselt wo wir nochmal 130€ mehr bezahlen mussten. "

"We chose the hotel for the location and the fact it had a pool. Perfectly positioned in the town. Service on occasion in the restaurant could have been better and breakfast had no yoghurt! When there were no sunbeds they brought out more which was very welcome. They also kindly took us to the bus station for our travel on to Rovinj. Room was small but comfortable with a nice balcony. The room I had exceeded all expectations - the views, the decor, the AC (!) the wonderful bed, shower, etc. were, along with the tiny details, faultless. The staff were exceptional. From the guys who drove me to and from the taxi, who carried my case, to everyone on reception who ordered a cab to the airport, gifted me wine, and because I would miss breakfast, packed lunch for me! This is real hospitality! I would return here is a heartbeat - it is a truly wonderful hotel. "

"Fantastic place to bring young kids! Right on the most beautiful lagoon with so many fun options for the kids to play- water slide, inflatable, snorkeling. Our apartment had two bedrooms, a very well-appointed kitchenette, and a little living room. Easy and beautiful walk into town, or can take a bike taxi or the tourist train. Excellent, kind service. It was great for our family and we’d love to stay here again!"
