Zero service, completely de-serviced. Have not seen this before, even during the pandemics You have to do everything, get your towels, your toilet aper, get and change your bed sheets and take the used ones to the linen's room. No soap, or shampoo. The toilet paper closet was locked, so, no way to get a new roll. Too many warnings and threatens. Breakdast choices were very limited. No a human being around. Airbnb has better service.

All our rooms have made up beds with towels on them. It is informed that the room is cleaned after a 4-day stay, because apart from this, we also inform you that you only need to call us if there is anything you need during your stay, as we have a 24-hour open telephone line. Extremely small room, bathroom was a joke when using the toilet you don’t even fit and I’m a skinny person… The bed was not comfortable

Spacious and clean room. Outside lights directly above window shone into the room all night (better curtains required). Lack of reception staff means no personal touch, which can be useful when visiting as tourists.

I got a room (in the Annex) that had unfinished furniture and smells like sewage, while my friend got a room that smells like cigarettes. I stayed in better contactless motels in Norway before.

This hotel has no physical receptionist, meaning there is no actual person in the reception. But that did not hinder my check in and check out process. There is a number that you can call and text if you have questions or need help. That person was very helpful. She responded to me quite fast and allowed me to leave my baggage in yhe reception area to be picked up on a later time. Also, i checked in late and they were very considerate in accommodating my late check in.

No staff but with just a phone call, the issue was taken of care immediately. We had a small refrigerator in our room which was nice. Also the breakfast was much more than expected. We would definitely stay there again.

Slightly outside of downtown but very walk-able to everything. Different type of hotel since there is no front desk and all is done through a provided entry code. That being said the room was clean and the breakfast was waiting in the morning as advertised. Plenty of onside parking.

Selvbetjent hotell uten betjent skranke. Ble innkvartert i brakkebygg på baksiden. Rent men meget enkelt. Grei frokostbuffet trakk opp inntrykket noe, men en smule overpriset.

Hyvä hinta- laatusuhde.
Huone oli todella siisti. Huonessa oli vähän liian lämmin. Jonkinlainen ilman säätöä toimiva ilmalämpöpumppu auttoi tilannetta kovasta äänestä huolimatta. Huone oli tien puolella ja autojen äänet kuuluivat. Korvatulpista oli apua. Huoneessa oli normikokoinen jääpakastinkaappi. Pienempikin olisi riittänyt. Kaapin ovi ei auennut kuin osittain. Kerroksessa oli kohtuullisesti vaustettu keittiö, jossa oli mukavaa keitellä päiväkahvit. Aamupala oli laadukas. Hotellin sijainti oli hyvä. Keskustaan jaksoi kävellä syömään.

Wir waren für 3 Nächte im Juli 2023 im Hotel. Es ist praktisch und funktional eingerichtet. Unser Zimmer hatte einen eigenen Kühlschrank. Klasse! Das Bad war klein aber ausreichend. Die Ausstattung war schon sehr interessant gelöst. Das Hotel liegt in Hafennähe. Parkplätze gibt es ausreichend. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und gut.

Hébergement très pratique et assez proche du centre. Pas beaucoup de charme (situé derrière une station service) mais chambres correctes et petit déjeuner varié. Parking trop petit.

Allt fungerade så bra och enkelt, även om det var self service. Och när vi fick problem och behövde folk kom det hjälp direkt (klokt att hissen sedan stängdes av). Vi blev glada att vi som bokat ett rum med två enkelsängar fick som två rum med varsin TV varsitt kylskåp osv. Väldigt fint. Tog en kvart att gå till Svolvaer Torg, men på slutet upptäckte vi att det också fanns en busshållplats vid Circle K, en minut från hotellet. Bra det, med väskor, vid avfärden med buss mot Harstad/Narvik flygplats.
