Everything was clean and well functioning. The beds were super comfortable. The fans and air flow provided a cool temp during a hot day in the summer. The pool and hot tubs were clean, refreshing, and relaxing. The bike trail was perfectly located nearby for a great ride along the creek

I really wanted to give this property a 5, but the fact that our building didn't have an elevator spoiled it for us. Having to lug our things up flights of stairs was a buzz killer. I don't remember that being in the description when I booked through Expedia...if so, I definitely would've tried to request something else. I will say, the staff was friendly, the fitness room was decent, and the shuttle was a plus. We loved the room, even though our view was just a hill of grass. We were told there was an ice maker in the room, but apparently they don't have them turned on. It would've taken 2 days for us to have ice it. Having stayed in Breckenridge the previous night, our expectations were a little high for this property...but unfortunately it didn't quite meet the mark.

The property was very nice. It was maintained in excellent condition and it was very comfortable to stay at. After taking the elevator to the fourth floor, be prepared to walk 48 steps. Or you could walk an additional 37 steps if you opt not to take the elevator. We didn’t mind taking steps, but we thought you should know what’s involved in case anyone has health issues

Relaxing stay along the Gore Creek.

The Aspen building was great. Our room had a small balcony off the bedroom where you pretty much only hear the river. Very relaxing.

It was a good location and not far from the slopes via shuttle. We stayed in the Cedar building. The stairs weren’t fun because the elevator could only take you so far then you hand to carry your luggage the rest of the way. The bedroom bathroom was not warm enough to us. A heat lamp in there would be helpful. The condo was very spacious and well stocked. We were very happy with it just disliked the exterior stairs and lack of elevator in the lodging buildings.

The room was wonderful but the 4 flights to walk up with luggage was not so fun. That is the only complaint and not much you can do about that. It was very comfortable and nice, enjoyed the pool and hot tubs. Very quiet and great place to stay.
