    The open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, and large windows create an inviting atmosphere filled with natural light. The living room serves as a cozy gathering space, complete with a stunning wall-to-wall dry stack sandstone fireplace and picturesque views of the meadow—ideal for relaxing with family and friends after a day on the slopes or exploring the outdoors. The recently remodeled kitchen, with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar seating four, and a bright dining area accommodating an additional four guests, makes meal preparation effortless.

    The home comfortably sleeps up to seven guests across two cozy bedrooms and an inviting loft. The loft is ideal for children, featuring a twin bed, twin futon, and queen futon, while the two master suites provide luxurious retreats, both with beautifully remodeled en-suite bathrooms. One master offers a new king-sized bed with a plush mattress and hotel-quality linens, a flat-screen TV, and vaulted ceilings, while the other features a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private deck—perfect for savoring mountain mornings.

    Step outside onto the private deck, equipped with a BBQ and outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying mountain air and scenic vistas. On the main level, you'll also find a guest bathroom and a laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer for added convenience.

    Throughout the home, tasteful furnishings and modern amenities create a welcoming ambiance. The primary suite’s king bed and the addition of a king sofa bed in the living room enhance flexibility for larger groups. The bathrooms boast elegant tile finishes, heated floors, and spacious showers with pebble flooring, ensuring comfort and style. A private washer and dryer add practical convenience during your stay.

    Whether visiting for winter sports, summer adventures, or year-round relaxation, the Spruce Way Townhomes offer an exceptional base for exploring all that Vail Valley has to offer.

    Notes:
    -This property is in a duplex building, this unit is the one with the bright orange front door!

    -Although the unit does not have air conditioning, the cool mountain nights will ensure a pleasant atmosphere for a restful sleep. There are fans available in each room. Recommended to open windows at night and shades down during the day.

    -Upon booking, you will receive an invitation to the guest portal along with reservation confirmation. Access instructions will be texted to you the day of arrival.

    -The condo does include complimentary guest supplies & amenities for your reservation including toilet paper, paper towels, laundry & dishwasher detergent, soap/shampoos/conditioner, sponge, & trash bags. There is a local grocery store nearby should you wish to purchase any additional items for your stay.

    -4x4 or all-wheel-drive vehicle is highly recommended in the Rocky Mountains, especially in the winter months and often required with traction laws during snow storms.
