Fantastic stay for our family. Plenty of space to relax and unwind after a day on the slopes. Cozy and quiet. We used the amenities of the Grand Hyatt including the pool and s’mores outside at the fire pits. Quick walk to chairlift #20. Very easy to get to Lionshead and Vail Village.

Great ski stay

Amazing experience! Great customer service, super clean (cleaning service and towels daily), comfortable furniture, private lift! Only downside was kitchen lacked basics for cooking. Tons of pots and pans but no oil, salt/pepper, etc so bring everything you want to cook with. Would not recommend restaurant. Highly recommend!

In town for a lacrosse tournament

Beautiful property in a great location. The only minor hiccup was check-in, which due to flight delays and the such, occurred after 3 am. The person at the Grand Hyatt had not had prior experience with helping with the check-in to the VRBO. So, we were not in our room until after 5 am. When the property management company heard about this the next morning, along with the front desk at the Grand Hyatt, they went out of their way to make sure the rest of the 4 days were PERFECT! Loved every minute there after and would gladly stay there again!!

Awesome Ski Vacation

Penthouse #3 was perfect for our group of three couples. The beds are very comfortable and the Kitchen was well equipped. Everyone felt spoiled by the Ski Valet service and the toasty boots right next to the lift every morning. With the lift so close we could also ski back for lunch some days. I would like to thank the property managers Kiki, Anastasia and Hidde. They were very responsive and ensured our trip was perfect.
