Top Vail Hotel Reviews

Tivoli Lodge
10/10 Excellent
"Beautiful property and staff were fantastic!"

Highline Vail - a DoubleTree by Hilton
4/10 Poor
"The hotel charged a large additional “resort fee” at check out while inaccurately claiming that it was displayed on Hotels.com at booking. The hotel’s “resort” features were simply a pool and hot tub."

The Arrabelle, A RockResort, by Vail Resorts
8/10 Good
"The property was gorgeous. Front desk was friendly but needs to spend a little more time explaining the amenities offered like what floor the pool is on and restaurants that are available. They spent more time wondering about my little Maltipoo, if I reported that I needed a dog friendly room in advance. So if you plan on bringing a pooch be sure to let them know in advance. Other than that it is definitely a princess environment with a classy old world feel. I’m glad my husband picked it out."

Gravity Haus Vail
10/10 Excellent
"Such a find in Vail Village! Every Summer we travel to Vail and this is our favorite spot. With the best location across from parking and the incredible spa and workout facilities it hard to beat this great Boutique Hotel. The bar and restaurant are also top notch, you will not want to leave."

Residence Inn by Marriott Vail

Grand Hyatt Vail Resort and Spa
10/10 Excellent
"Our room was clean, the bed and bedding were comfortable, it had a lovely alcove sitting area overlooking the mountain and creek. Amenities were enjoyable. We particularily enjoyed yoga & sound meditation classes. The onsite restruant was exceptional."

The Lodge at Vail, a RockResort by Vail Resorts
6/10 Okay
"Highs and lows! Staff was great. However, feels like because we were an Expedia reservation, we got the run-down part of the property when it was nearly empty. Pros: Amazing location. Walkable to everything. Gym was awesome. Staff was great. Room was clean*. Cons: No AC. On the 4th floor, it gets hot. Also, in the run-down wing, neghbors balcony looks into our bedroom. Not great when there’s no AC and you need the door open. Feels like 1960 called and wants their condo back. Deferred maintenance: BAD. Ventilation system (fan) hardly worked. I saw that the air filter was last changes 5/21/23. (That my friends, is disgusting. Over 3 years old with all kinds of fun caked on.) Central bathroom exhaust fan did not operate in the hotel. Bathroom pocket door needed all bearings replaced and could not be opened or closed without waking everyone up. Electrical outlet was bad. Elevator by our room was OOO. Pool and hot tub were closed for remodeling, but thats good for future.) Bottom line- could be nice if you get a nicer part of the property. The refreshments and expendables were great, just overshadowed by the lack of upkeep of the room."
