This two-level penthouse is one of the nicest, and most spacious, condominiums in all of Lionshead. Located just across the street from The Marriott Hotel, The Ritz Carlton, and The Little Diner. Quick and easy walk to Eagle Bahn Gondola / Ski School. The TOV Intown bus stop is directly in front of the Enzian building.
Unit features: Vail mountain views, vaulted ceilings, skylights, gas fireplace, TVs and ceiling fans in every bedroom, a full sized laundry room, heated floors, and an outdoor gas grill. Expansive private master suite on the second level has body jets in the shower, and a huge bonus loft/office area. Plenty of storage with ample closets, one unassigned parking space, as well as a private ski closet, in the garage. Guests can use the pool and three hot tubs at The Landmark across the street.

The property was in a great location. It was walking distance to the bus stop and a quick walk to the Eagle Bahn Gondola and Lionshead Village for shopping and dinner.

Overall very nice stay
Having a bathroom in each bedroom is a huge plus with a larger party plus an extra half-bath in the main all. Note only one room has a king, while all the others have a mix of queens / twins (at least two beds per the other three bedrooms). The loft area also has two futons which kiddos used to play games / watch iPad / etc. Laundry room was very large and came with laundry baskets, hanging racks, pods, etc. - very nice when traveling with kiddos.Note that there is no AC in the building, so if staying in the summer plan on opening windows in the morning / evening (directions for keeping the place cool in summer or warm in winter are provided). Kitchen was well appointed with dishes / cookware / basic spices / oil. Both a drip coffee and a Keurig are present. Kitchen is larger than most we have experienced in Vail. The pool access at the Landmark across the street was excellent for kiddos and adults alike. Warm water and multiple hot tubs. Also the shuttle stop is right across the street at the transport center. Overall we would highly recommend and would stay again.

Nice property, but sleep is difficult
Speaking positively, this condo is, as advertised, recently renovated, and is very clean and fresh feeling. The location in Lionshead is also very convenient, with a shuttle bus stop right across the street.
The negatives are:
- only a single, non-reserved parking spot available for a location intended to serve many people,
- bedrooms are very basically furnished with just mattresses on metal frames, mostly with no drawer storage,
- the noise from the shuttle buses and the I-70 highway is overwhelming at night. Sleeping with windows open is essential in summer, but traffic noise makes actual sleep difficult. Our group was pretty sleep-deprived after 3 nights, and closing windows was not enough to block sound from the buses and the big rigs on the highway.
We also were not pleased that our efforts to ask questions before our visit, both through the website (twice) and by calling and leaving a voicemail message, were completely ignored by the property manager.
In summary, a very nice condo that we would not consider renting again.
This 4 bedroom condo is absolutely lovely and in a wonderful location. Having 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths made the stay so comfortable and private for all of our guests. The pool and hot tubs at the landmark were the cherry on top. We would definitely stay there again.
This property was great for this group of 5 friends. Everyone had their own space, condo was in great condition, very clean and comfortable. Property manager was very responsive and accommodating. 5 minute walk to the lifts was very convenient. Needed to walk to the Landmark across the street for the hot tubs which was manageable. but but
Was pleasantly surprised every bedroom had its own bathroom! Completely remodeled and beautifully done. Easy walk to Eagle Bahn gondola and restaurants, market and shops. If the hot tub was closer, it would be absolutely perfect but that was a minor inconvenience.
Nicely updated condo. Loved the number of en suite bathrooms. Great updates features and designed with skiing/mountain gear storage in mind. Very close to main lionshead village and lifts.
The property was exactly as described. It was easy to maintain. The apartment was clean but needed to ask for someone to clean the blades on the ceiling fans. I got an immediate response and someone was there within a few hours. More important to me than a perfectly cleaned condo is communication. And communication with BH was easy and stress free..
Place was absolutely perfect! So beautiful and clean. The fact that there was a beautiful bathroom with every bedroom was so nice for each family. We came when it was unseasonably warm, so ceiling fans in every room were definitely a welcome feature. Kitchen was well equipped. Had a little trouble getting frig and ice maker to work, but with a little patience, got it to work (it was digital). Location of condo was ideal. Bus stop right at our condo (across street). Pleasant surprise was that there were smart TV’s in every bedroom!!! What a treat! Beds were very comfortable. Towels so soft! Place had parking spot and elevator! This week has been one of the best weeks I’ve ever had for reasons I can’t disclose here…..Just know that the owner thought of everything when he renovated it! This rental helped make our dream vacation come true! Thank you from the bottom of my heart, ❤️ JS!
This property worked perfectly for the 7 of us. Everyone was able to have their own room and bathroom. Easy access to Vail attractions and a bus stop was across the street. The only thing we all wished the property had were nightstand lamps. Would book this condo again.
Co workers and family stayed in Vail for the Go Pro mountain event. The condo was perfect for our needs. Lots of room. Comfortable beds. Easy walk into Lionshead Village. The check in was easy. The pool was excellent as well. Highly recommend this condo.
Beautifully updated condo, elevator opens in front of the condo, all bedrooms have private baths and 3 of the bedrooms are on the main floor, which is ideal for a ski trip. Short walk to gondola and bus stop is across the street. We had 8 adults & it was the perfect size. The only recommendation I have is to put remarks under the photos of each bedroom, outlining # & size of beds...ie "Guest Bedroom 1: Main floor w/2 queen beds, private bath, patio access". Very impressed with the condo and the process!
The space was perfect for a group of 4 friends, each bedroom has its own bathroom and shower. Loft area perfect for working and the fireplace and living room was the perfect size. We will most certainly be back!
Beautiful property in a perfect location. The kitchen and furnishings are really nice and were perfect for our family! A bit noisy in the summer as there is no AC and with windows open, you can hear everyone coming and going from the Marriott across the street from the upstairs bedroom. Also, parking is only provided for 1 car so if you're traveling with more than 1 car of people, they'll have to pay for parking in the Lionshead garage, just a heads up!
