This home just completed a full renovation in December 2025. With updated bathrooms, new furniture and stylish decor, it is the perfect home for your next Vail getaway!

Peaceful Pines is an alpine retreat tucked in the coveted Vail Golf Course neighborhood. Its location may feel worlds away from the busy town center of Vail but getting to Vail and Lionshead villages is a breeze. The free Town of Vail bus stop is mere steps from front door. A short ride will whisk you away to world-class skiing, hiking and biking plus incredible restaurants and entertainment.

This home invites families and groups to spend time together in the main floor's open concept gathering space. There are two sitting areas and a natural hearth with a gas fireplace to warm up on winter days. Adjacent is a well equipped kitchen, dining area and wet bar which open to the living room, making socializing with the group seamless.

This townhome offers large rooms with landscape windows that capture the natural surroundings of this scenic Colorado escape. The three bedrooms on the top floor feature vaulted ceilings while the lower floor bedroom offers a cozy and private space with en suite bathroom. Up to 9 guests are comfortably accommodated in 4 bedrooms.

Please note garage parking is not available. Two outdoor parking spaces are available for guest use.

A spacious deck offers a quiet and private spot to enjoy the outdoors during the warmer months. Guests have access to the outdoor swimming pool located next to the Fallridge building, a 3 minute walk from the home.

This property gladly accepts long term rentals.

Rental Agreement

All reservations are required to have a signed rental agreement on file with Vail Butler in order to be considered confirmed. Rental agreements will be reviewed and signed digitally. Depending upon the booking channel on which you reserved, this agreement is likely to be shared in a follow up email.

Great Vail Vacation!

The house was in a great location directly across from the bus stop with easy access to the Village. The house was well appointed and the property manager incredibly responsive for any issue. Family and friends had a fabulous time!

Perfect Home Base for Groom's Family for Wedding Week

The property was absolutly perfect and exceeded our expectations. We were able to host family dinner for Bride and Grooms Families our first night, do some additional prep of all the flowers and decor for our "night before" Welcome party at the Minturn Saloon, have the groomsmen dress for the wedding in the lower suite, and easily walk to and from the wedding at the Golf Club (not to mention easy to hike and bike directly from the house.
