  • A beautiful, 1 bedroom – 1 bath Condo. Perfect for 2 people or a single traveler. The bedroom has a new luxury king sized bed upgraded with soft cotton sheets. The living room has an automatic gas fireplace and comfortable brand new leather sofa. Perfect place for relaxing in front of a fire. Also included are two Flat screen HD TVs, one in the bedroom and one in the living room. Premium cable, a speaker docking station and free Wi-Fi. There is also a work space with a desk/chair and high speed internet.

    The walk out deck has breathtaking views of Lionshead Village, ski slopes and surrounding mountains. On the deck is an infrared gas grill and patio dining set. Whether your grilling with a glass wine or chilling with your morning coffee, it doesn’t get better than this.

    Convenient location with the Vail free ski shuttle stop "Sandstone Street Club" right across the street. 4 minutes to the Lionshead pedestrian bridge and 7 minutes to Vail Village. 1 free designated parking spot. Grocery and laundry located around the corner. Other amenities, Ninja drip coffee bar, crock pot, blender, electric kettle, rice cooker, dishwasher, dishes and glassware, microwave, toaster, cookware, and all the utensils you would need for a great vacation stay.

    The condo is stocked with 1 week of basics so you can thoroughly enjoy your stay. If you are staying longer than 1 week you would need to provide additional supplies.

Vail's Best Kept Secret

Great condo conveniently located across the street from the bus stop to the Village. Convenient and runs every 20 minutes during prime times. Perfectly located for a spot on the bus as the next several stops afterwards load up to capacity quick. Affordable and efficient....I highly recommend to anyone that's looking for great accommodations without the Village prices. Host was friendly and accommodating.

Nice Vail studio.

It is a downstairs studio..has everything you would need except a washer/dryer. Even has a decent gas grill on the patio if you want to grill. It's parking is a little tight bu adequate. I would definitely try to rent it if i came back to Vail.

Great location for fun in Vail

Perfect place for our Vail ski trip. It was clean, well stocked, comfortable and a great location. The shuttle stop was literally right outside and the ride to either Lionshead or Vail Village was short. The host was extremely responsive to answer a couple questions I had, calling me back within 30 seconds of sending my message on the VRBO app. Highly recommend.

Vail Ski Trip

The property was just as it was listed. The bus to central city was in front of the building and depending on time of day left either every half hour or every twenty minutes and it was free. The bus ride to central Vail was 8 minutes and drop off a short distance from the gondola, perfect for a skier.

Anniversary Get Away

My husband I thoroughly enjoyed our time and stay in Vail for our anniversary. The condo was perfect for the two of us. The place is nice and clean, the bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with all the things we needed. The bus stop for the free bus around Vail was so close and very convenient to get around. We had a question for Dina and responded very quickly. We would definitely come back and stay here again.

We stayed 7 nights (skied 6 days) and everything was great. The bus stop was right there and we were able to easily start our ski day from each of the three Vail bases including a couple days at Beaver Creek leveraging the free Vail to Beaver Creek Express. Using the Transit app allowed us to literally track where the bus was located and we could literally walk out the door two minutes before the bus arrived. Leverage the inner city bus that runs every 5 minutes and we were hitting Golden Peak (farthest base) with boots on and skis in tow getting door to slope service for all practical purposes. In the condo, everything was very comfortable and felt homey with the extra comforts and conveniences that tend to be lacking from the corporate managed rentals. For example, the cable channels offered plenty of premium content but the unit still has an HDMI video cable to stream from a laptop to the “big screen”. Finally, we thought we might miss a washer and dryer but it just kept us from over packing (we still did) and it wasn’t missed.
