Vail 21 condo 405 is a beautifully renovated condo that is only 75 yards from the Eagle Bahn Gondola. This condo has very good quality throughout and provides extremely easy and convenient access to Vail Resort, shopping, dining, and nightlife. Warm and inviting, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, a wood-burning fireplace, a private balcony, and mountain views that beckon you to venture out. There are two large bedrooms, each with a dedicated bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 Twins which can be converted into a King, complete with bed bridge, King size linens and duvet. When you're not out exploring, this condo is so nice that you will be content to relax in solitude, plan out your next day or whip up a great meal. Amenities include boot and glove dryers, an outdoor, rooftop hot tub and more. Please read on for more details.
The Property: This condo has quality that will not disappoint. It was fully renovated in 2020. Beyond the granite counters, stainless steel appliances, glass enclosed travertine tiled showers, and high quality cabinetry, you'll find that the renovation included many small details as well. The bathrooms and kitchen have coordinated finishes. The mattresses, linens, and furniture are of high quality. Hardwood floors throughout the main living area and hallways are accentuated by area rugs and give way to plush carpeting in the bedrooms. The living room has a very comfy sofa and armchair surrounding the wood burning fireplace and large HDTV. The balcony off the living room is covered to shelter you and your firewood from the sun, rain, or snow, while also including a high top table and fantastic views. It's a great place for a morning coffee or some afternoon refreshments. The dining room and kitchen are open to the living room, allowing you to enjoy each other's company as much as you like.
The master bedroom is off the main living area and has a good size. It accommodates the King bed with ease, plus a closet, dresser, and additional storage so you can unpack and put things away. The master also includes a wall mounted HDTV. Of course the master bedroom has a private bathroom. It features a large vanity and walk in shower. Even very tall people will enjoy this shower, which has a nice high shower head as well as a recessed nook for products and a built in foot rest too. The second bedroom is down the hall from the main living area, offering a quiet place for kids or adults alike. It has 2 Twin beds which can be converted into a King with advance request. The conversion includes a bed bridge, king sheets and duvet. This bedroom is ideal for a second couple, two single adults, or two children.
