The Arrabelle is a great place to stay in Vail. The location is great, near the Gondola, shopping and dining. Easy walk to Vail Village for additional shopping and dining options. The hotel is wonderful. Everything is beautiful and inviting. The rooms are spacious and so comfortable, great mountain views with balcony seating to enjoy the views. Definitely recommend and will stay her again.

The staff was absolutely great to deal with. The room had some maintenance items needed (the carpet was dirty and the bathroom small mirror wasn't lighting up), but we did bring these items to the attention of the staff and they were able to fix the mirror during our stay. We would stay here again.

What an amazing experience! Everything about our stay at Arbel was absolutely wonderful—from the spotless cleanliness and beautiful ambiance to the comfort of our room. Every detail was thoughtfully done, making our stay truly special. And the breakfast? Absolutely incredible! Truly a five-star hotel experience. We loved every moment and will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

The suite, the view, are an absolute yes. First Contact - The Valets are top notch! They tell you what they will do before they do it. Front Desk - Check in, with Kevin was quick and painless. The valets again - opens the room door for me and begins to walk me through the suite. Once done, he asks, if everything is satisfactory and if he may remove my luggage from the cart. The view. The view of the mountains, was amazing. I would do it again.

Summer family trip in June the week after father’s day. Family with 2 children (5yrs old) and my parents. We could not have picked a better hotel. Loved that they had everything….from the food, to the stores for souvenirs and up the mountain games for the kids. They did the rock climbing, zip lining, trampoline and the ride WOW! Best trip ever. The rooms were very clean and everything was top notch.

The hotel was beautiful, but the bed was hard and the pillows were too big. Ended up checking out a night early and checked into a different hotel. Would not stay here again based on not getting a good night's sleep. Some may like a very firm mattress, but we don't. So, if you do, it's a wonderful place to stay. If you don't, I would stay elsewhere. We also thought the charge for parking was a little steep - $60 a day. Every time we wanted to leave the property, we had to wait for the valet to bring the car around. This was an inconvenience in my opinion. It was, however, very walkable to all the shops and restaurants in the area.

Beautiful resort, in the best location in central Vail Village! The staff were awesome. We added a night to our stay and they worked to keep us in the same room, despite being near full occupancy. Will definitely return!

Beautiful large room and balcony, exceptionally clean for a hotel. Our favorite location in the heart of Lionshead. However on this trip the TV didn't work, the engineer sent up couldn't figure it out, and the A/C did not work well...room didn't get below 74 degrees even when set to 65. Manager comped parking through front desk at checkout but didn't come out to acknowledge or apologize. Not the end of the world, but at this price point, I expect better service and working systems.
