An elevator transports you to the front door of this very private boutique building which only has 3 apartments on the third floor. Upon entry, the open floor plan, high ceilings, and large wall of windows delivers the beauty of the exterior mountain views. There is a warm and neutral color palette throughout the apartment, delivering sophistication and comfort. The primary suite is on the main level complete with a king bed, ample closet space, and a bathroom with a jetted tub and shower. The second full bathroom is also on the first floor adjacent to the living area. Upstairs is the second bedroom with 2 twin beds. Flat screens are in both bedrooms and the living room. The property is equipped with summer air conditioning for your comfort. There is an assigned parking spot in the garage as well as a ski locker for convenience.
