My stay at the hotel was exceptional from start to finish. The property was beautifully maintained, with clean, comfortable, and well-appointed accommodations that made for a relaxing experience. Staff did not look professional. Desk not fully manned all the time. Restaurant closed at 9 pm. We just missed it by 10 min and would not make an exception. We were somewhat late getting in by train to their credit. Would not stay there again. Room was very pricey probably due to downtown location at Union Station. No breakfast included.
