Ground floor,: fully equipped open kitchen: oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker; dining room, living room with 2 sofas, television and Wifi; WC with washbasin. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, 2 with 140x190 bed and 1 with 2 90x190 beds; bathroom with shower, basin and WC. Terrace, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue in front of a 7mx3.5m secure swimming pool. Garage with washing machine and parking. Water softener and reversible heat pump in all rooms (air conditioning).

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Vaison-la-Romaine. Dans un quartier très calme, à proximité du centre ville (5 minutes en voiture), nous avons pu profiter de la piscine très agréable. La maison est bien équipée, très bien conçue et reste fraîche même pendant la canicule. Les chambres étaient suffisamment spacieuses pour les enfants. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de nos vacances !

Séjour en famille sur une période caniculaire (piscine et Clim très appréciées) hébergement très agréable à vivre, tout ce qui est énoncé dans l’annonce y figure. Lieu dans un environnement calme. De plus arrivée et fin selon nos envies grâce à Bruno qui est très disponible. Merci à lui.

Charmante maison

Location très agréable avec un propriétaire facilement joignable et 1 personne très attentionnée et vraiment sympathique, Bruno, qui s occupe du logement. Le descriptif de la location est complètement en accord avec le logement. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans un endroit magnifique et une maison très fonctionnelle.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette villa. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Bruno qui gère la villa. Bon accueil avec une très gentille attention à l'arrivée. Nous avons pu nous arranger pour arriver plus tôt dans l'après-midi. La piscine est parfaite et entretenue. Pas de vis-à-vis hormis une fenêtre mais toujours au volet fermé. La région également est magnifique avec beaucoup de choses à voir. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

La villa est très agréable, bien équipée et située dans un lotissement calme. La clim dans toutes les pièces est un vrai +. Nous avons également reçu un accueil très sympathique lors de notre arrivée.

Chouette séjour

Très jolie maison , conforme à la description , propriétaire très accessible , petit bémol quand à notre arrivée, Marie arrive à 17h35 , j'avoue que nous avons eu peur en ne voyant personne arriver à 17h , je n'ai pas vraiment compris pourquoi il n'y avais pas d'état des lieux à l'arrivée et encore moins en fin de séjour pourquoi déposer une caution dans ce cas ? A la fin du séjour , l'heure du départ prévue est 10h et je n'ai pas compris pourquoi Marie arrive à 9h en demandant si nous sommes prêts pour le départ , comme ce n'était pas le cas , nous avons dû mettre le clé dans la boîte aux lettres en partant je n'ai pas trouvé cela très sérieux , je pense aussi que bloquer la piscine le mercredi pendant 3 heures et demie pour le nettoyage était un peu particulier et pas très chouette pour nous ,encore moins pour ma fille de 4 ans .

vredig en rustig

Gelegen in een rustige buurt, ver van de drukte van de binnenstad en de autowegen, hebben we genoten van het zwembad en de tuin. Ook de airco was welkom bij te hete namiddagen en nachten. Met een vaatwas en een wasmachine was het zalig om zelf zo weinig mogelijk te moeten doen, behalve alle dagen BBQ !

Très bonne location

Nous avons vraiment appréciés cette semaine passée dans cette maison qui dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires pour passer un bon séjour. L'annonce correspond parfaitement à la réalité et le propriétaire est de surcroît très agréable et à l'écoute. Rien à redire. C'est une location que nous conseillons même avec des enfants en bas âge ce qui était notre cas.
