"Communication for property was fine. Told us codes etc in a SMS message. Upon entering the property the place seemed clean until you saw up close. We were a family of five and the accommodation served its purpose. It was close to the kids ski schools. The bath / shower water was very temperamental. If a kid was left on there own they could have scalded themselves. The electrical outlets needed changing as the adapters did not stay in place. The bed linen was left in packaging for us to...

"Exceeded expectation massively! For the price the apartment was wonderful. We had 8 people staying in 3 bedrooms plus the sofa bed in the lounge and we were expecting it to feel cramped, but the rooms were spacious with separate lounge snd dining areas. Would 100% come back and recommend highly."

"The hotel itself is a bit dated but I didn't expect Club Med for the price. The location (directly across from Club Med) and the staff (Marion in particular) were amazing. "The property is conveniently located near the car park and the val claret centre ski slopes and we could almost ski to door in the afternoons. The apartment is spacious and very well equipped if you want to cook. There are panoramic views of the mountains and le lac. We were very warm during our stay.We have teenage children and the top bunk bed was ok but would caution against that this is not suitable for younger children as was flagged by the owners to us.The apartment would benefit from a guard rail on the steps to the balcony for additional safety.The hosts were very accommodating and provided key resort information and checked in with us during our stay how things were going. Would recommend this accommodation to others."
