Cala Berellín: Un Refugio de Ensueño al Lado de uno de los Tesoros de Cantabria

A recently renovated family home, located a 500-meter walk from one of Cantabria’s most beautiful beaches, Cala Berellín. It features a small garden and its own pool. The house is located on a corner lot and is adjacent to a neighbouring house on one side. This house is undoubtedly perfect for families with children thanks to its comfort, safety, and location. Cala Berellín can accommodate up to 8 guests (Wishome capacity), expandable to a maximum of 16. What do we mean by “Wishome capacity”? We’ve created this concept to define the number of guests that ensures our home always feels welcoming, regardless of the villa’s maximum capacity.
It has 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. Access to the house from the street is via a flight of stairs. On the entry level, you’ll find a kitchen that opens onto a living-dining room, one bedroom with an en suite bathroom, and one full bathroom. On the upper level, there are three bedrooms and one full bathroom. On the lower level of the house, there is a multipurpose room featuring a living area and a “Txoco”-style space with an indoor barbecue. This living area has two sofa beds. On this level, there is also a children’s bedroom with three bunk beds and one bathroom. In addition, this beautiful house has a private garden, an outdoor porch, and a pool.
