The only disappointment was that despite contacting the staff on site and on the first morning of a 3 night stay, I was unable to book an appointment for a facial or massage. Furthermore, I was told that such appointments needed to be booked when reserving the stay. I had reserved the stay on the morning of our first evening at the hotel. "
