"I emailed the hotel to let them know I would arrive very late in the night and they never acknowledged receipt, so itā€™s no surprise I had issues accessing the property. The ā€œwelcome emailā€ I received before arrival listed a code for a customer portal that linked to a broken URL, but was actually for the propertyā€™s outer gate. Why not just call it a gate code instead of a portal access code? They also didnā€™t tell me where the button was to open the gate when exiting the property, so another...
