"The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was tired looking and unfortunately quite dirty. My feet were black after I walked on them. Bathroom wasn’t very clean the bathroom door was covered in black smudges. We also experienced an internet outage that went on for quite a while so we just gave up watching tv and went to bed. The towels were clean and the bed was comfortable. The location is so pretty wish the room had lived up to it. The price was rather high for the overall experience. A good refresh of the rooms and deep cleaning are in order!"
