"Polite and helpful staff. Delicious dinner at their restaurant. You can walk to the plaza, churches, and museums. Make sure to bring your raincoat or umbrella. It's beautiful and full of history, both the hotel and the city. My bathroom was a little tight, but it worked for me. You can request a mini fridge according to what I read. I didn't need to do so since my stay was short. Lots of TV channels in Spanish and English. Don't miss Museo Amparo while you are in Puebla. It's a first-class museum for only 5 dollars."
