It advertises free WiFi but that is only available in the small lobby on the first floor. None in the rooms. Very disappointing for traveling in a new city. Temperature in the hotel was extremely hot and even after turning the thermostat way down the room never got down to a comfortable temperature.

False Advertisement X 2

False advertisement in general... that was our experience. The charges advertised in Hotels.com were not the charges applied by the hotel. The Hotel charged us twice as much for the rooms. Since we arrived late to an unknown city, we did not have much of a choice but pay and stay. It was hot in the room. We did not know this hotel did not have A/C, so we called the front desk and we were offered a fan for each room. We called twice but the fan never came. We slept with the windows open. The windows do not have protection, so families be extremely careful with children... DO NOT let them approach the windows if open. Next day at the front desk checking out and ready to get out of there we asked why we were not given the fan they offered. Their answer was that the night shift did not have personnel to help the guest. we'll never know if that was true, but we doubt we'll ever go back to this hotel. Hotels.com...never going back to you either.

Si, la habitacion estaba bien, pero preparada para dos personas, y eramos tres ( matrimonio y niño de 11 años). Se nos hizo chica la cama donde dormimos mi marido y yo. El personal exelente, los servicios bien.

El wifi y la television no funcionaban porque el hotel estaba lleno y solo tienen el deco en el piso mas alto y todo se conecta inhalambrico. Tampoco tienen aire acondicionado en las habitaciones con 28 grados en verano.
