The 2 receptionists were very friendly & especially helpful in obtaining transportation for me to Santiago. Even though they didn’t speak English & I didn’t speak Portuguese, they ensured that I understood what 5hey were telling me. The property’s location was right in the centre of everything so I lucked out. If I ever return to Valenca, I would stay there again.

The location was convenient to the Caminho and to the train station, but as such it was quite noisy, but from outdoor sound and from neighboring room sounds. The bed was not comfortable nor were the small pillows. Reception was not available until 3 pm, with no option to leave a bag stored either before or after one's stay.

I liked the location and the tranquility. Spacious room, good bathroom. Very friendly and welcoming staf. Good restaurants near the place with good food.

Great option for Camino
The hotel is located on the second floor of a residential apartment building, within around 100ft of Camino. The lady operating the business doesn’t speak much English, yet she is being very practical and understanding. We had a single room with 3 twin beds that was just the right size. Good bathroom, with strong flow of both hot and cold water. It had 3 towels and and toiletries. The lady operating the hotel helped us to do the laundry. The neighborhood seems to be fairly quite, it is just that we got unfortunate that the night we stayed at had the soccer finals till 2am, so the streets were insanely loud. Conclusion: decent and affordable place for Camino pilgrims.

The greatest thing airways comes back to humanity
The hotel has very basic facilities, however the best part of this hotel was the staff lady. She had the biggest heart of all, and tried her very best to help me out although obviously there was a huge communication problems (she did not speak any English and unfortunately I do not speak any Portuguese). If you ever want to feel the Portuguese way of hospitality with the warmest heart, I'd definitely recommend this place.

La relacion calidad precio es muy buena. Esta en la ruta del Camino Santiago, lo cual es conveniente si es el motivo de estancia en el lugar. El personal muy agradable. Facilidades de lavanderia, supermercado, cajeros automaticos y otros servicios cercanos.

シャワーのお湯が出ない。
エレベーターが利用できなかった。一番の問題はシャワーのお湯が出なかったっこと。30分ぐらいは出しっぱなしにしてみたが、ずーっと水だった。10月の朝は寒いのに。フロントは15：00からしか人がいないので、苦情も申し立てられなかった。3泊の予定だったが、あと2泊ともシャワーを使えないのは本当に困るので、チェックイン時に払った二泊分の宿泊料はもったいないと思ったが、風邪などをひくよりはと思い、近所のホテルに部屋があったので、そちらに宿泊した。

In cammino verso Santiago
Struttura moderna e in una posizione vicina al bellissimo centro storico racchiuso all'interno delle mura di una fortezza. Nelle immediate vicinanze del cammino per Santiago. molto comodo per i pellegrini. buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Canas de madera.
Las somieles de las camas son de madera y hacen mucho ruido, cuando te mueves y no puedes pegar ojo por el ruido que hace.

Precio imbatible, pero mejorable
Buscábamos un alojamiento barato y en ese aspecto cumplió con las expectativas para iniciar el camino de Santiago. Es un poco incómodo llegar y que no haya nadie en la recepción y eso que llegamos a las 14 horas. Había que dejar las maletas sin nadie vigilándolas y eso siempre genera cierta inquietud

Mucho ruido de los bares y mal olor.
Sucio y maloliente, muebles con carcoma y llenos de polvo y moho, ruido de la calle gente gritando hasta las 6 A:M. colchon incomodo se clavan los muelles, está para haberlo tirado a la basura hace años ya. Apenas pudimos dormir. Ducha minúscula llena de moho negro y óxido. Vaya a otro hotel en una calle distinta.

Venimos desde México, y de incio, la ubicación es perfecta y muy accesible! A unos cuantos pasos de la estación de tren. Al llegar a las instalaciones nos recibió muy amable y atenta Tatiana. Nos indicó la habitación que se encontraba en excelentes condiciones de limpieza, y muy cómoda! Sin lugar a dudas lo mejor fue la amabilidad y gentileza de Tatiana! Sin lugar a dudas con ganas de volver. Hemos estado en otros lugares y a pesar de que hay buenas instalaciones el mal trato del personal hace que no vuelva uno. Hace mucho tiempo no nos tocaba estar en un lugar tan agradable y limpio! Sin duda lo mejor fue la atención de Tatiana!! 😊😊 Nos orientó en los lugares más importantes de Valença, y siempre estuvo muy atenta de nuestra estancia y comodidad.

Ideal sólo para pernoctar.
Solo necesitaba la estancia para dormir y no da par más,es una pension al uso.Ahora eso si,la disponibilidad tanto del dueño como de las trabajadoras para que todo esté a tu gusto y necesidad inmejorable.Por la noche es zona ruidosa.
