"Appartement trop petit pour 3 adultes, sûrement des logements pour étudiants en colocation, pas de salle de vie, les photos sont mensongères, la plage n'est pas a 5 mn comme mentionné mais plutôt a 10 ou 15 mn, le quartier est affreux plus proche du ghettos que de la station balnéaire, trop bruyant, impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres car les voisins sont collés ! Très déçus de ce logement, dommage car valence est une très jolie ville mais pas de ce côté ! "

"Das Appartement war super. Wir waren eine Woche zu dritt dort mit unserer erwachsenen Tochter. Perfekt mit Klimageräten zum Abkühlen. 2 Bäder waren auch super. Den Balkon im Innenhof haben wir zum Trocknen genutzt - es war dort sehr warm. Das Appartement ist auf jeden Fall eine gute Empfehlung und Valencia ist eine sehr schöne Stadt mit vielen Möglichkeiten. "

"Lots of construction. Inside of property satisfactory. Biggest complaint they over booked our room .so we were left scrambling to find a place for the night. One day lost of our time. Communication was terrible. Emails in Spanish and we were not notified until almost 2 pm. I did contact them by phone and email trying to get updates to no avail "
