They should inform you better about the parking reservations because on their website shows they have parking on site, but it’s just for people that reserve the parking and there is no way to reserve the parking through Expedia as well so they should advertise me a little bit better room wasn’t that clean I’ve been to hotels in Alicante, that was cleaner this one was definitely not it in the shower didn’t function correctly. "We had a great stay in Valencia. Antony and Margie gave brilliant couples massage experience that felt very professional and relaxing. Ana Maria, Rosa, and Veronica were incredibly helpful, no request was too small and they really looked after us. I previously stayed at the same hotel in Madrid, which is why I booked again, and I’m so glad I did. The rooms were very clean and we were really happy with our room type. Room service was quick (the burger was great!), and we also had a lovely steak dinner in the restaurant upstairs. All the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the little touches like sweets around the hotel were a nice surprise. I felt very well looked after and would definitely stay again. Thank you to everyone!"
