Cozy 1-bedroom apartment in a modern building with all the comforts. Located on a sunny street in the heart of the City of Arts, it is the perfect place to enjoy Valencia. You can be in the very center of the city, near El Carmen, Malvarrosa beach, Albufera and other areas of the city. Fully equipped and available to accommodate up to 4 people, 1 bedroom, WiFi, Parking, Air Conditioning.



The 45 m2 apartment has the following spaces:

- Living-dining room with a 140x190cm double sofa-bed, dining table, TV-HD Smart TV and access to a balcony.

- 4 m2 balcony with splendid views of a quiet garden square and equipped with a table and two chairs.

- Practical fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, washer dryer, microwave-oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, tea kettle...

- Main bedroom with a 150x200cm double bed, TV-HD Smart TV.

- Design bathroom equipped with shower, toilet and sink.



It is delivered with bed linen, 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, welcome kitchen amenities: (1 scouring pad, 1 kitchen towel, 2 garbage bags, 1 washing machine soap, dishwasher, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom), bathroom amenities: (shampoo and gel) and coffee capsules and 1.5l water bottle. The Quatre Carreres neighborhood is a residential neighborhood in the best area of Valencia surrounded by green areas where you can walk and unwind. From the Manises airport, you can rent a car or use public transportation. Take the metro to the city center and get off at the Xativa stop. From there, you can take the number 35 bus.

- By Train or Subway.

From the main exit of Estación del Norte, cross Xativa street and you will arrive at Marqués de Sotelo street. From there, you can take bus number 35 and get off at the Instituto Obrero-Ciutat de les Arts stop for the apartment.

- By car.

- From the north (coming from Barcelona):

Continue on the AP7 motorway to the Sagunto tollbooth.

Take exit 51 towards Valencia Norte.

Continue towards the city on Avenida Cataluña.

Follow the signs to the City of Arts and Sciences until you reach the apartment.

- From the south (coming from Alicante):

Continue on the A7 motorway.

- From Alicante and Albacete on the V31.

Follow the signs to Valencia South.

When you arrive in the city, follow the signs for the City of Arts.

- From the west (coming from Madrid and the airport):

Continue on the A3 motorway.

Take the exit towards Alicante and Albacete.

Continue on the V30 detour.

Take the exit to CV500.

When you arrive in the city, follow the signs for the City of Arts.

Great place for a family stay in Valencia

For the second time we have chosen ApartUp for our stay in Valencia and it turned out to be great. The location, the cleanliness, flat’s capacity, everything was great. The apartment H is now my favorite, it was super comfortable for a family of 4. Please leave a little more tablets for a washing machine and dishwasher
