This property only does contactless check in as many other properties do and you must call them. Which is fine they do not answer their phone or messages via Whatsapp or Expedia. The multiple booking reference number they provided did not work on their self check in machine and so I was stuck in the common area. Thank god there a lovely lady showed up, she might've been another guest or a cleaner. With my limited Spanish, we were able to communicate and she was able to get me checked in.
I stayed here for 2 nights and they never responded to any of my messages to apologise or check that everything was ok. I wouldn't stay here again unless absolutely necessary.
