After staying here I thought it was a wonderful experience, everyone who worked here treated us like one of the family from reception through to the cleaning staff, the rooms were beautiful and service was first class so I will be visited here again soon

Clean friendly staff. Comfy bed. Mostly available parking. Nice restaurant. Beach view nice. Very social area. if you want to sleep before 3:30 a.m., dont come here. Fireworks explode friday and saturday 3 a.m. after midnight. Extremely loud music from two adjacent discos until 3:40 a.m.! Bathroom air fan was not working.

Great location on the beach. Many restaurants near by and buses and trams. 20 euros taxi to the heart of Valencia. The breakfast is outstanding. The music is a bit loud till about 2 am.

Lovely hotel in an excellent location; right on beach front and less than 5 minute walk to bus/metro stop that takes you into the centre. Recommend booking a junior suite for the excellent views from balcony

There are so many things to love about this property! Amazing staff, beautifully decorated, great location with a fabulous view. The main downside is that there is a dance club on the pier nearby and the music is blaring from 5pm to 4am every night. The other downside that may be specific to our room (#106) is that a hot tub took up 1/3 of the room. This meant there were no chairs or table (in the photo posted by Expedia, there are 2 chairs and a table where the hot tub was in our room). We loved sitting on the balcony, but if it's really hot or the music from the dance club is blaring, you want to be inside and there is nowhere to sit other than on the bed. Also, there was only about a 2ft x 1ft counter space to put things on so we had to put stuff in the hot tub. So I would recommend a) don't get room 106 and b) be prepared for loud music. If you can ignore the music, it's a really fabulous spot!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Views from the sea rooms absolutely stunning and our suite was very quirky, some very nice restaurants in the area however local amenities are quite difficult to find especially if out walking for the day. i would also make people aware that its a very busy and bussly area and music and noise can go on well into the night... overall a very pleasant holiday with just a few niggles as included

anniversary weekend
Stayed for anniversary weekend, no kids! Paid for deluxe interior room. Wasn’t anything special actually but the shower was nice and the bed was comfortable. Biggest disappointment was no tea/coffee facilities in the room. There was a fridge but was filled with vastly overpriced drinks/snacks. In hindsight wish we had just asked them to remove so we could use properly. Location was fab right on the beach but this area was the most expensive in Valencia that we encountered and the service was generally poor and things were a lot more expensive. The was very loud music all day by the beach I’m pleased we didn’t have a superior room overlooking the beach as I think getting sleep would of been a challenge. Hotel staff were very helpful, lady at breakfast also. The bar staff were not rude but were not attentive either, rushed demeanour I would say. Hotel was clean but that was a smell of smoke in the hallways on occasion. Breakfast was lovely but the tea coffee cups tiny and then we initially charged for 2 additional cups of coffee and orange juice which we charged to our room but reception did waive in all fairness. Overall a nice hotel but if we came again would look to stay more in the center of town, we hired bikes to get around. Ultimate think hard about weather you are on a city break or just want to be by the beach as the city is very large

The minibar items are standard prices for room service. in regards to our location is only 15min by car to the city centre. As for the noise, please have on mind that we are located on a touristic point of interest in valencia, so it is a bit a busy. We will take notes of all the things that can be improved. Loved the hot tub in the room, with a beautiful view over the beach! Felt really spoilt! The bed was so comfortable as well. The only niggle is the glass door to the loo, that doesn’t shut tight, it doesn’t really add to the romance! 😂

Nice hotel over the Malvarrosa beach
Our triple room was nice and spacious, with a balcony overlooking the sea. The decoration it’s a bit over the top (ie. Safari style, with a jacuzzi in the middle of the room) which made it fun. :) Breakfast is not buffet but a set menu with 4 options. We tried 2 of them and they were quite ok.

All the staff were very friendly but the reception staff were also extremely helpful when i had a problem because my bag didn't arrive at the airport with me. The reception staff went out of their way to assist.

This is a very well located hotel - it's right next to the beach and is also just a short walk from a bus and metro terminus so it's very easy and cheap to go to all the key sights in the city itself. Our room faced the gardens at the rear of the hotel - that was good luck because that direction is much quieter. At the front facing the beach, it could be pretty noisy at night with all the esplanade's restaurants and clubs in full swing. Our room was well-cleaned and well-equipped and had very modern "urban-style" decor. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Breakfast was served, not buffet-style, with various options and we would also recommend trying the hotel's restaurant in the evening - the menu is varied and the veggie paella was divine. In summary, a great hotel in which to combine an exploration of the beautiful city of Valencia and a relaxing time on a huge, clean beach on the hotel's doorstep.

I found the hotel to be quiet and relaxed it is basically a restaurant with accommodation on upper floors, staff were polite, the room I stayed in had no window at all! But I was aware when I booked, room was comfortable and spotless. For some reason there was led mood lighting, I guess to compensate for lack of window! Breakfast was good with proper menu and table service, not a buffet a rarity nowadays. Tram stop nearby with connections to main metro and city.. Beware last train from the centre is 23:00 hours..

Fabulous hotel, on the beach. Very comfy bed and pillows. Lovely breakfast - you have to order it the day before but you have a choice of 5 options and there is wonderful freshly squeezed orange juice and coffee. The shower we had in our room was amazing - a drench shower head and nozzles spraying from the side.

Hotel right next to beach and great location for transport into old city. Was a bit concerned as we pulled up to hotel but once through the door the staff were great. Room was better than expected as we had booked a standard room, nice touch with the free bottles of water everyday. It was also having a 10% discount in restaraunt which was excellent. Breakfast was good but no self service for cereals , juice etc just for coffee . Staff couldn't have been more helpful and went to a lot of trouble to help. Glad we chose this hotel and thanks again for a great stay.

Lovely location right on beach front, we had a suite room which had a jacuzzi bath in the room... very nice. In summer would be quite loud I think as the whole stretch is just full of bars abs hotels playing lots of music... I don’t mind but as said might be sleepless nights in summer. Food prices very high to rest of Spain in all bars, no shops whatsoever, once again unlike rest of Spain. Saying that great beach if that’s all you want; city is about 20mins by bus which is fab, also trams are not too far away

Amazing place right on a great beach. Amazing restaraunt. Top food great price. 60 euros for two wines beer starters and huge paella. Brilliant!
