Nice Central Apartment
We had the rooftop apartment with a nice terrace. The bedrooms were a good size with comfortable beds. The living room was long and narrow and the shower room very small. The staff were very helpful. The location was very central. No English channels on the TV.

Beautiful place. ❤️ Comfortable, clean, and safe (which was important to me as my laptop wouldn't fit the safe provided). Super friendly service. There's some visible wear and tear on the couch or dining chairs' fabric – but nothing unexpected. Comfortable beds. Everything you might need – a fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave and stove. We loved being close to the market, so we could get fresh delicious food to enjoy in the beautiful parks around.

Super cute place. Nice/friendly staff. Great location in old town for food, drink and local cultural highlights. Only downside is AC is ??? -at least in our room it was very hot!

Furniture stained, not well equipped with crockery, there was only one mug and two small cups in what is supposed to be accommodating 6. TV had one poor quality Chanel speaking English. These are the only negatives that are easily fixed. The location is so central, washing machine was great and beds are comfortable so it’s still a great place to stay

Old building with that local vibe. No issues at all. I did mention to front desk about the old couch with stains. But overall, great location, great place. Small small tight parking, but its in the center so its expected.

Apartment was situated in a location that was walkable to several of the main attractions within the old city. The building itself was in a traditional / characterful style. Our apartment was number 41 at the top of the building and had two bedrooms; the living space was very spacious and provided all the self-catering facilities you'd need for a short stay in the city.

The best feature of this hotel was its location in the historic center of Valencia. Front desk staff very helpful. Other than that it is not a 4 star property. The apartment is tired looking and in need of a good “refresh”. Could hear noise, even people talking, from adjoining apartments.

A great apartment with washing machine, which was invaluable. A very handy location with quick access to the old town. A little walk needed to get to the newer part of town. Beautiful lobby and very friendly and helpful staff. Had an issue with a noisy neighbour, but the team were very helpful, responsive and seemed to resolve the situation. Great underground parking on-site. A welcome cool and relaxing retreat at the heat of the Valencian summer.

Terrible experience in Valencia
If you have heavy luggage be prepared to hand carry yourself up and down numerous stairs before getting to the elevator. Air conditioner located in ceiling not operating correctly so first nights stay very uncomfortable, repair persons came and “fixed” the problem by removing filter and shaking it “clean” problem is dust and dander spread in air and room, filter should have been cleaned a long time ago. Be aware if you have too many appliances turned on at same time because it will trip the breaker. Very nice location but across from the front door is a “Sex Toy” shop so not very good first impression. Employee attitude to criticism not good except for one (Maria) The manager was very rude and disrespectful. Considering stay in loft!!!

Our say was just ok.
Apartments building is centrally located with easy walking distance to the old city and center where the city hall is. We rented bikes to go to the Turia park and City of Arts and Sciences. It is far from the beach. The property itself is old, which has its charms, but pretty worn down with stains on the couch etc. We stayed at 2 bedrooms, one bath apartment. The kitchenette is very small, no dishwasher, not even a proper sponge to wash dishes by hand. There was a sewer smell from the kitchen sink after we ran the water. Clearly not a kitchen to cook at, not even a simple breakfast, as I was hoping to. Living room couch is not suitable for sleeping. I would not recommend more than 4 people in the apartment. The beds were comfy, but pillows were not. It is a pretty noisy location, even at 1-2 am at night.

We stayed in 3 places in Spain, and this was my favorite. Great location. The furniture is a little worn and doesn't look quite as good as in the pictures, but that is more than made up for by the cleanliness of the place. Our little apartment was very comfortable, and at the end of each day's explorations into Valencia, it was great to come back to at the end of the day.

Very nice apartments in the middle of the historical city of Valencia. Very alive neighborhood full of restaurants, bar and pub. The aparthotel is cleaned and comfortable. The reception professional and smiling.

Great apartment, everything you need although we only used the glasses ! Shower was good with plenty of hot water and toiletries, comfortable bed although note they are two singles joined together. We were on the 4th floor which didn't have a terrace but the windows opened wide and you had a reasonable view. It is a one way road and reasonably busy but it didn't affect our sleep. There is an Espresso machine and they leave you a few provisions to start you off. The apartments are in a large building which I believe also houses offices but you wouldn't know. The foyer is lovely and the reception staff were extremely helpful. We would definitely recommend.

Loved the private rooftop terrace included with the penthouse! Quiet, comfy beds, AMAZING espresso maker, and a lovely selection of wine to enjoy during the evening free wine offering. Our only complaint was the room service was a bit lacking and the key to get in the main doors was very difficult to use. Otherwise, truly delightful.

Amazing service and location! The only downside was a continuous sewer smell in the bathroom. Not terrible, but somewhat annoying. Parking and drinks (cava, juice, water, coffee) for guests were great perks.

Great location. Beautiful building. Our apartment was nice. And they are very happy to assist you with anything. My preference is a softer bed and soft pillows. This unit had a harder bed and hard pillows. Again..just my preference. The pull out to accommodate oir son was just ok. He had to sleep on the coach side where it was most comfortable. An adult would have a hard time being comfortable. But overall great experience.

Beautifully situated in a bustling quaint area. The property offers free coffees, water, wines and cava at their reception area. There is very comfortable outdoor patio seating to enjoy the ambience as well as a great library to repose. The room was perfect and extremely clean. The staff was incredibly competent and helpful. Bathroom toiletries were high end. A Blow dryer was provided.This was a perfect ending to our trip to Spain

Amazing stay in lovely apartment
An amazing apartment in a great location. It had all the comforts of home. The staff were v helpful. They offer free drinks at reception even cava! Only 2 issues. They don’t clean your room during your stay and aircon only in the lounge. Small issues really. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely Amazing
Great location, right in the cultural heart of Valencia. Comfortable bed. Fully equipped kitchen. The street outside could be slightly noisy but it does not affect the comfort. If you are looking to explore Valencia, this is the play to stay. Will definitely return.

Wonderful experience
