Apartments building is centrally located with easy walking distance to the old city and center where the city hall is. We rented bikes to go to the Turia park and City of Arts and Sciences. It is far from the beach.
The property itself is old, which has its charms, but pretty worn down with stains on the couch etc. We stayed at 2 bedrooms, one bath apartment. The kitchenette is very small, no dishwasher, not even a proper sponge to wash dishes by hand. There was a sewer smell from the kitchen sink after we ran the water. Clearly not a kitchen to cook at, not even a simple breakfast, as I was hoping to. Living room couch is not suitable for sleeping. I would not recommend more than 4 people in the apartment.
The beds were comfy, but pillows were not.
It is a pretty noisy location, even at 1-2 am at night.
