My stay from 12 July to 20 july

The apartment Is nice and plus having a pool on the roof and chilling area is nice if you don’t want to go to the beach every day just keep in mind they only have 4 sun-beds to use so it can be that all of them are in use. location is perfect middle of downtown and the beach, can walk easily down there if you wanted. Only bad things where the bathroom sink was clogged up and funky smell can’t be avoided with having the ventilation system on and closing the door and the floor was badly washed mixed with dirt & sand some how sand was on the sheets on the bad and the vent installation systems A/C were full of dust. I did let them know and they came to clean, the floor was the same still had sand and dirt, the cleaned up the ventilation system and change the sheets of that bed, they try fix the sink problem it was similar or maybe not. We just ended up brushing our teeth and washing our hands in the kitchen sink.

Tha location was great and the apetment was clean and spacious. The staff were super helpful and communicationnwas great throughout and prior to arrival. The pool and roof terrace was great.

Nos hospedamos por la zona porque hacíamos el maratón de Valencia y queda a buena distancia caminando a la salida. El apartamento con buenas amenidades, en buenas condiciones y limpio. La calle frente al edificio es una avenida principal y podía ser un poco ruidosa en las noches, pero nada muy grave. Buena comunicación con la administración y fácil check in.

Sehr schönes Appartment mit gut ausgestatteter Küche. Es war sauber und sah aus wie auf den Bildern. Highlight waren die Dachterasse und der Pool. Der Wasserdruck der Dusche ist etwas gering, aber man kann auf jeden Fall damit Leben. Kommunikation per Whatsapp hat super funktioniert. Gleich gegenüber ist ein Supermarkt der täglich bis 22 Uhr geöffnet hat.

Heerlijk appartement , ruim en schoon. Fietsen op loopafstand te huur.super markt in de buurt. Koffers eerder brengen dan incheck tijd.Kon alleen bij bagage punten.degene die wij hadden gereserveerd werkte toch niet of waren gewoon gesloten.dat is wel een minpunt.

L'ensemble à été correct en fonction de l'attente et du prix mais la situation en bord de route est particulièrement bruyante avec des fenêtres mal isolées La télé n'a fonctionnée qu'au milieu du séjour suite à l'intervention du gardien (très agréable et disponible) La piscine est petite et peu profonde... Environ 80 cm Mais la situation est correcte et proche des transports en commun L'ensemble est plutôt positif

Falta de aislamiento por ruido de coches y calle.

Estancia corta de 2 noches. Buena en general aunque se echa en falta buen aislamiento por alto ruido de coches y tanto vidrio. También poco margen de maniobra al tener apertura con teléfono móvil, dependes de la batería del dispositivo.

Grosszügiges Appartment in der Mitte zum Strand und der Stadt. Bus und Velo Vermietung gleich in der Nähe. Das Apartment war sauber aber hat übel gerochen. Das Bad ist schwarz und man sieht einfach jeden Tropfen Wasser, was es unsauber erscheinen lässt. Der Pool war cool aber er hatte die ganze Woche etwas am Boden schwimmen, wovon ich ausgehe, dass er nicht geputzt wurde. Um den Pool wurde immer geputzt und war sehr sauber.
