"I was able to reserve a room on the first floor to accommodate myself and my sister. Everything was ready even tho we arrived a little early. I loved that the linens were NOT bamboo as those do not fee comfortable to my skin. The bed was firm and we slept well."

The AC in one room was good, there was no AC in the 2nd, and the living room AC said it was 69 but my son was complaining how hot he was. We figured it out though so no big deal. We loved the yard.
