The staff were good at reception and I had a trouble with the door of my room and they fixed the door very promptly within 20 minutes turned out to be a low battery so I couldn’t unlock the door or lock the door. The breakfast was a buffet breakfast but it was good cereal and rice and boiled eggs and Filipino food also orange juice coffee"

"I liked my 2 night stay because first of all the service was my favorite part! the staff were PROFESSIONAL and very kind and Hospitable. This is what I look for Customer Service Hospitality. From The front desk Vyrone, the bellmen, The Host Shan from the Resto and the Manager not sure if Mark is the name but they were amazing!Handled our issue really well with the food. Overall it was a great stay and will definitely stay again! Live Music was AMAZING! cant wait to come back and stay at Heritage Hotel Again!
