"We had an amazing time. The pictures don’t entirely do the view justice. It is a bit of a drive up the hill from Spello but the view is worth it and only 5 minutes from town. The house is well equipped and Stefano was incredibly helpful. The pool may be small but it was perfect for cooling off and relaxing in the sun with a cold drink. I would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"This house is not a "normal" house but with a lot of different rooms. Filled with nice arts and decorated with some old furniture. Real characteristic Italian house. Nice garden with different places to seat. The only comment what I can give is the small kitchen. The garden and the swimming pool is maintained daily. We stayed here with 6 adults ad 4 children. Nice place to be."

"We loved our stay in this serene setting. It was a great fit for two couples and a friend. The grounds are beautiful and the pool is a plus. Our host, Leonella, was gracious to keep the pool open beyond the prescribed closing due to the excessively warm month. Leonella was very responsive to our needs, changing linens once a week. "My family of 9 adults and 3 children enjoyed our stay at Collazzone the house suited our needs as there where 5 different family's and we all enjoyed the house and the grounds,the pool and hot tub and games room were all used at different times. "Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war nett und unkompliziert. Allerdings wurde vergessen uns vor Anreise mitzuteilen, dass ein Bad der Villa gar nicht benutzt werden kann! Zudem war das Haus bei unserer Anreise nicht geputzt. Was unser Urlaubserlebnis in Summe doch sehr getrübt hat. Guido recommended, at our request, a chef for meal delivery and for a cooking class. Edoardo and his team, Josette and Fabrizio, made an otherwise fabulous stay even better. "No complaints from my family and I. The house is beautiful and has a great town view from the mountain. I really enjoyed driving the roads leading up to the home. A true Italian adventure.
