"Excellent hotel close to the Ardeche valley. Great facilities especially the pool area. Restaurant evening meals were excellent and of high quality"

"The stay was fine and pretty efficient and the staff was friendly. However, the check-up ( 0nly slightly after their reception closing time was difficult). Neither IBIS nor Expedia had sent me the alphabetical access code to the night entry check in system, so had to get someone on an almost inaudible intercom system to explain to me the entry protocols and provide with the code that had not been sent. I had called earlier in the day to alert the hotel that I was not arriving until 21.30! ...
