The place is very cute. It's a small space but the number of shelves helped to provide more storage. Location is great - a very short distance to the bus stop. My only complaint is the fire alarm went off more than 5 times in less than a week, mostly at night. It stops after 15 seconds but it is extremely loud and doesn't seem to be any real emergency.

Room was very clean, adequate for two. Description is misleading. Parking is limited and you cant reserve in advance (which does not specify on the description, in addition, the hotel amenities states that it has laundry facilities but we were told it was not available for guests. we tried to ask to accommodate at least for parking but staff pretty much told us is was what it is.

Parking was a nightmare!! We had an Audi q5 and it was very very tight!! Also WhatsApp for the code but didn’t receive it although they Daren the message. Also when else had left we were accused off taking a pillow a blanket and a coffe maker, although we had actually left a pillow and blanket! Never even had a coffe maker. It might off just been mid-communication because off the language?!?! Everything else was perfect and highly recommended

Muy contento con estancia en el apartamento, no puedo hacer un comentario completo ya que bo use ni cocina ni utensilios, Los baños perfectos. Lo que no entiendo es porque yo tengo que hacer el checking a partir de las 15:00 del dia de la reserva y tengo que salir antes de las 11:00 el dia que termina la estancia. No me contesten con el tema de la limpieza que no es un pabellon para tardar 4 horas.

El apartamento está muy bien y puedes coger cochera. La pega que la TV está en una pared que desde la cama no ves, solo desde la parte de la cocina y no cocinas. . con un brazo articulado?? Se arreglaria

ESTADIA TERRIVEL...sem resposta...fujam

Lamentamos profundamente a forma como fomos tratados na nossa Estadia, no apartamento do piso 0, apartamento de acessibilidade reduzida, que felizmente não temos. Tivemos o cuidado de logo no primeiro dia, informar de alguns problemas, que ficaram sem resposta, no mínimo tinham trocado de apartamento. 1. apartamento sem luz natural, tem janela, sem cortinas, o que não permite a sua abertura, sem que na rua, observem o interior 2. o espelho da casa de banho, é inclinado, para servir as cadeiras de rodas, mas não dá para colocar em posição normal. 3. a sanita não tem vassoura de limpeza nem jato de água, pelo que não se consegue limpar após o uso 4. a porta de entrada do apartamento, não está isolada, inclusivamente tem uma folga grande, o que permite ouvir o barulho do hall de entrada e o bater da porta de entrada do edifício, que não nos deixou dormir nem descansar com o constante entra e sai dos apartamentos 5. o sistema de esgotos ficou entupido no dia de hoje 19/11/23, logo de manhã, com os outros apartamentos a fazerem descarga de água, a nossa casa de banho começou a fazer barulho da água a borbulhar, e inclusivamente a base do chuveiro ficou inundada 6. pequenas coisas, sem cabide para pendurar toalhas de banho, sem armário ou base de apoio para colocar a mala de viagem...

Estuvo muy bien. Tuve un poquito de problemas para chequearme ya que lo tienes que hacer online y te mandan un código que te sirve de llave para entrar al edificio y otro para la habitaciones. Una chica súper amable nos ayudó allí y pudimos resolver (muchas gracias). Lo único que les aconsejo a la administración es agregar un cartel que puedas colgar en la puerta que diga “no molestar” y tocar la puerta antes de abrirla para limpiar. 2 días me asustaron un poco abriendo la puerta sin avisar. De resto el sitio moderno, muy limpio y bastante cómodo. Todo luce bastante nuevo en la habitación. Tiene todo lo que necesitas para estar cómodo: mini cocina equipada, nevera, microondas, lavadora y todo un kit para limpiar ( todo menos el cartel de ‘no molestar’ jaja). Lo recomiendo. Mi viaje fue a visitar familiares que viven a unas cuadras de allí. Gracias

El aire acondicionado solo tiraba aire caliente, llamamos para que nos solucionen y nos dicen que es un problema tecnico que no se puede solucionar ahora y que lo tienen desde antes de mi entrada al apartamento, no fui informada sobre tal problema y quiero dejar una recomendación.
