The place is far away from the center but definitely walkable to it. The staff is amazing and very professional and courteous. The room was extremely clean and I felt very safe. They had free parking which was a bonus. Just two blocks away from the center.

Clean, modern new hotel just 4 minute walk from the main Centro square. There is a rooftop bar on location that is independently operated. Comfortable and quiet place to stay.

I loved the location of this hotel--central to the square. It is a clean stay for the cost for sure. Not a lot of bells and whistles, but I would return.

More than I expect

I love to stay in this hotel. They have a beutiful roof with bar service. Is close to a great restaurant called Conato. I visit Valladolid, I will go back to this hotel, it was quite at night and everything was close, two blocks away from downtown.

The hotel was conveniently located, clean and had easy off street parking. Unfortunately, there were no outlets near bed and no bedside lights, only overhead bright lights.

New and very clean at a reasonable price. However, lacked a level of comfort and basic amenities. Beds were below average for comfort and water pressure in room was set very low making showers and shaving take much longer than it should have taken. Also, no coffee was in included in the room or lobby.

Nice and economical hotel.

It was an economical hotel that is well kept. Our main complaint is the noise from the bar. One night we were there the music played very loud until very late, which disrupted our sleep. There was no chair in our room. It’s nice to have an alternative place to sit instead of the bed. The staff were friendly and helpful. It’s in a convenient location, a few blocks from centro. They offer water to refill water. We were there only two nights and the sign to ask for maid service is tacked to the outside of the door, which is unusual, so we missed it and our room wasn’t cleaned. The front desk staff should mention this to guests.

Loved staying here! Would stay here again!

The staff was amazing in every way! Very welcoming! They were helpful with our bags, recommendations for restaurants, and scheduling a taxi for us. The hotel/motel was newly remodeled! Very clean and modern. A/C worked well and beds were comfy. The rooftop pool looked inviting but never had a chance to experience it! Location was walkable to the plaza and nice restaurants/bars! The only thing I missed was my morning coffee but we managed to put ourselves together and found a nice coffe shop on the next street!
