What a difference compared to NH Cáceres! The room is clean, contemporary, cosy, warm. The bed is very comfortable, breakfast is very good and staff friendly. Well done! Wish we stayed longer. Next time- it’ll be choice number one for us, thank you!

Nice hotel near local bars

Nice hotel within 15-20 minutes walk to the centre but there are some local bars and cafes very close by. Nice lobby area but no bar. Free parking available right beside the hotel. Rooms were nice but not very spacious due to oversized sofa which took up a lot of space.

The good: Old town is in walking distance, rooms are clean, free parking is abundant. The bad: breakfast buffet is disappointing, hotel is certainly older than most (seems very dated), not even a bottle of complimentary water for guests which is standard in onther hotels (even at NH-group).

Overall the hôtel was very good. The room was clean, the staff was polite and the breakfast was generous and the parking safe. The exception the air condition which could only creat heat. That was rather uncomfortable to sleep during the night.

Disappointing

We had a disappointing experience during our stay last night. We didn't receive the room we had paid for but were given a cheaper one instead. To make matters worse, the heating in the room was unbearable—there were no controls, and the temperature felt like it was at least 30°C, making it nearly impossible to sleep. When we raised our concerns with the front desk in the morning, they were dismissive and unhelpful, simply telling us to contact the third party we booked through. Overall, a very disappointing stay, and we wouldn’t recommend this hotel based on our experience.

habia 1 ascensor parado en mantenimiento, teniendo 9 plantas, el secador duro 1 minuto, el papel higienico era escaso y no habia reposicion, habia que bajar Pa a pedirlo a recepcion. El sofa pusieron una nota que por un error se limpio con un producto clorado y no habien podido sustituirlo, ni poner una funda. una de las sabanas estaba rota. Parecen problemas menores pero para ser un hotel de cuatro estrellas no son baladies. Nos sorrendio muy gratamente el zumo de manzana fresquito en recepcion. El personal de recepcion muy amable y atento.
