"We arrived 10 minutes early out of courtesy for the property owner. She left us standing outside for 55 minutes. Tried to contact her and VRBO. VRBO responded right away. But the owner only responded “OK” after our second attempt to contact her. The breakfast in the morning was some prepackaged junk that we didn’t eat. And there is a sign saying that the kitchen was for breakfast only and we couldn’t use it for anything else. We didn’t realize that there was no shower; it’s just a spa tub....

"The property was well situated for visiting Benevento. It was clean and spacious. We were there during a very hot spell and as there was no air-conditioning it was very hot in the bedrooms at night; however, there were fans provided, and it was pleasant to sit outside for evening meals."
