##Neighborhood

Golfe-Juan is one of the few remaining unspoiled seaside resorts, offering a charming “village and family” atmosphere with fine sandy beaches. There are two ports: the Camille-Rayon marina, home to yachts and pleasure boats, and the old port, which shelters fishing boats, leisure craft, and the local sailing club.

Napoleon I landed in Golfe-Juan on March 1st, 1815, returning from his first exile on the island of Elba, marking the beginning of the Hundred Days. The Napoleon Route starts here.

Golfe-Juan should not be confused with Juan-les-Pins, another seaside resort on the French Riviera, which is part of the neighboring town of Antibes. Golfe-Juan is located between Cannes and Antibes, about 5 km from both, and 20 km from Nice-Côte d’Azur Airport.

The town is served by the Golfe-Juan–Vallauris train station on the TER Cannes–Nice–Ventimiglia line, by bus line 200 (Lignes d’Azur Nice–Cannes), and by lines 8 and 20 (Envibus network).

Golfe-Juan enjoys a typical Mediterranean climate, with almost no frost and over 300 days of sunshine per year. Many mimosas, palm trees, orange trees, and oleanders decorate this seaside resort.

You can reach NICE Airport in 25 minutes. You can also take direct bus lines 200, 250, 8, and 18 from the “Square Nabonnand” stops.
