Terrace Access by a very steep access path for 50 meters. Private parking on the property. Possibility of a second private parking space at the bottom of the ramp path. "La Bastide", a completely renovated old house, will seduce you with its location on the hills of Golfe-Juan with a breathtaking view of the sea facing Cap d'Antibes and the surrounding mountains. On the terraced grounds you will be surrounded by fruit trees adding a touch of freshness to the Mediterranean charm in absolute tranquility. Close to the beaches of Golfe Juan (1 km), the nearest Pablo Picasso beach. 800 meters from Vallauris, a town of potters built in a checkerboard pattern where you can visit the National Museum with its famous ambassador Pablo Picasso and admire his greatest work: War and Peace and on the main square/Man with Sheep (1949). 5 km from Cannes, very close to the Festival steps…and close to many emblematic towns: Grasse and its perfumes, Biot: Fernand Léger museum, Saint Paul de Vence: Chagall museum.
