"Beware of the picture of the room you chose We booked a presidential suite. The pictures were very miss Lady. It looks like there should be a hot tub in the room, but that was in a correct. The Lady at the desk. It was not very helpful. Said I’m sorry, but that’s the room you booked. There’s nothing I can do about it. Pretty disappointed after we upgraded to this room. There’s no elevators on property nor some one to help you with bags so pack light. "

"The pictures of the 5bedroom cabin were misleading, the kitchen pictures were different. Also where the pool table is the picture shows stairs to go upstairs, there’s just a wall no upstairs. The jacuzzi was not working , the second night there was no water and hotel staff would not communicate. We checked out early the next morning because water never came back and we need to shower. Still haven’t heard back from the hotel about how they’re going to make things right."

"The place is beautiful. The staff is very slow in restaurants. We didn’t get the night service in the room for 2 consecutive nights even though I requested it. Beautiful property but the service isn’t Banyan Tree standards. Very disappointing compared to other hotels of this chain. "

"We had a great experience. The property itself is very nice, spacious rooms with great amenities, but most importantly the service. Everyone on property was very attentive to our needs, it felt very warmth and personalized. Specially Christian and alert. I would very much recommend this resort and will come back"
