This glamping was not as expected. The bubble had a restroom inside but was not the greatest setup. The hot tub was in great condition and we enjoyed our time there. I do not recommend going in the summer time as the bubble is really hot through out the day .

I’m giving this place 3 stars because the staff was very nice and friendly. However, there were several issues during our stay that affected our experience. The bubbles/campsites were far from the parking area, so we had to carry all our luggage ourselves. It would have been nice if staff had offered help or had assistance available. Breakfast was included, and on our last morning we planned to have it before checkout. The sign stated breakfast started at 8:00 AM, so we arrived at that time, only to be told the kitchen would not open until 8:30 AM. We were not notified beforehand, so we ended up leaving and getting coffee elsewhere. The mini fridge in our room was also not working and stayed at room temperature. My husband asked the lobby if someone could check it, but no one came. We were only given a bucket of ice. We also switched bubbles because I understood from social media that all bubbles included a jacuzzi, but apparently only certain ones do, so we paid extra to upgrade. The first night it worked great, but the second night it was not heating properly and the controls did not seem to work. Overall, kind staff, but I wish there had been better customer service, communication, and maintenance.

The experience of staying the bubble was great but the staff was horrible!! Well the only 2 ladies that checked us in. I made the reservation a month advance and booked the deluxe room through Expedia. Before booking I check on the hotel website to see if the rooms were accurate from what I see on Expedia. They were, both website stated there was 2 rooms available for the days we were going. The deluxe room came with free breakfast and complimentary massage and a jazucci outside. So I booked the room with Expedia so I can accumulate points. When arriving the lady who seem to be the manager stated she did not have our room available and stated that I booked it to late. I showed her screen shots the day I booked it and it showed there were still two rooms available. She stated well I don't have the room available for the 3 nights you are staying. She never offered a refund or alternative options. They could have offer the room for at least 1 night. Another issue this placed had was communication. Their phone in reception did not work. I would call the line and message them on what's app and no respond!! The ac would stop working early in the morning and the bubble would get super hot!! The staff only came once to cover the bubble during the day so the room can cool down. The only staff that was nice were the security. Since the first day checking in ruin my whole vacation. I was looking forward to relax in the jacuzzi! HORRIBLE VACA & I STILL HAVENT GOTTEN A REFUND!!

This unique experience is unforgettable. It was lovely to wake up to the view of the vineyards in front of you from bed. It room was spacious with comfortable beds. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The restaurant and the menu was amazing. It was also very in a very peaceful setting. Amazing hotel!

Great for a one time thing . When showering the water falls onto the wood and it smells like pee. Not much privacy either with the men working on the vineyard are there throughout the night .

The concept is great however there’s a fan running the whole time and it’s loud. Our pod was freezing and the dome got damp couldn’t see anything outside. The shower is rather uncomfortable. Like I said great concept but it fails to deliver.
