Wonderful place for photographing Condors and for lovely views of the Andes. If you go in the cafe they speak English and try the cake of the day, quite expensive but you are on holiday right.

Hotel was just ok. Unless Expedia is falsely advertising, this was not VIP status and I’ve stayed in plenty hotels with a variety of ranges (from renting hostels to renting villas).
Lighting in room was horrible (not enough to do a proper makeup)
Ventilation smelled of sewage at time
Bathroom was not super clean
However we appreciate the staff’s flexibility to accommodate early check-in and late check-in for a price.
