- Hilltop guest house with easy access to I-15 freeway. This two story, fully furnished house with spacious rooms and beautiful views from both levels has two balconies and sits on three acres of avocado and fruit trees. Has gazebo, fountains, 20x40 pool (not heated and not warm enough for swimming November to early June), private patio overlooking valley and hills. This vacation home offers you the choice to just relax and enjoy the quiet, beautiful area or you are only four miles from the freeway and all that San Diego and Temecula have to offer. Beaches 20 miles away. Seaworld and Zoo 40 miles away. Wild Animal Park 30 minutes, and Disneyland only 75 miles away.
