"The location of the house is perfect. Walking distance to downtown and the river. Pastries, juice, milk, cereal and coffee for breakfast. That was a nice treat. The sheets on the bed were dreamy! Communication with Ambre, the host was excellent! If you’re looking for the perfect little place in Llano, this is the one!"

"The space is absolutely precious! Even though it’s small it feels very spacious! The owners really thought of everything - they had all the amenities I needed for a few days. The outdoor area is so cozy and the firewood was already stacked for me in the fire pit which was great for me to get it started quickly, before it got cold! The property is well lit but not too bright. I chose this location for stargazing and it was perfect! It was nice to walk around the property a bit and see the deer...

"The place is beautifully and filled with memories. Its far away from civilization. Quiet and peaceful place in the hill country. Me and my family loved this property we walked all around the property. If you like taking pictures of the stars this place is also great. We were able to take some great pictures. "The cabin is just the right size for a couple. The high ceilings make the cabin feel roomy. The bed was comfortable and Kathy took care of anything we needed. We had access to the whole ranch and enjoyed seeing the wildlife each day, especially the longhorn calves. We cooked our meals there and had all we need. If you want to grill you’ll need to provide your own charcoal. The cabin is quiet and cozy deep in the heart of the Hill Country."

"Our deer lease is about 15 minutes aways from this property. Once we realized it was going to 100 degrees out we decided to rent this property to get out of the heat and relax in the river. With the bunk house it was perfect for my family of 4 and my parents! The entrance of the river was great for two toddlers. It was the perfect long weekend trip to relax. We have it saved to hopefully stay at again one day! "
