  • Rustic decor in a serene, quiet, dead-end. Smoking is not allowed in the home. The front porch and upstairs bedroom deck area are always lit up with chairs for you in the evening. There is a refrigerator, tea, and fresh coffee available in your room along with a fresh water dispenser. Conveniently located near the train station (a 25 min ride to NYC), 15 min from JFK Airport, with food (Amazing Pizza, Chinese food, & Deli) & laundry service up the block.

    Discover the beauty of Valley Stream from this delightful 1-bedroom house. Guests will enjoy a cozy queen bed and a bathroom featuring a relaxing jetted bathtub. The space remains comfortable year-round thanks to heating and AC. Whether you want to unwind or refresh, this cool spot has you covered. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place.

    I built this entire house. All the work was done by me personally, and I took pride in the journey. I am Italian, and being a thoughtful host is in my blood.

The room is perfect for a weekend getaway for couples. It is exactly like the description - "cozy". It was ideal for what I needed, close to JFK and parking. This neighborhood surprised me. It's super quiet, away from the busy city life of NYC. Who knew?! I love it! I would definitely stay again.

My stay at Dino’s Vrbo was absolutely amazing. From the moment I arrived, the space felt comforting, peaceful, and truly like home. Dino went above and beyond as a host — he even cooked food, which made the experience feel so personal and welcoming. His hospitality, kindness, and attention to detail made my stay unforgettable. This property was advertised as a BEAUTIFUL COTTAGE , DEN BEDROOM, ONE BATH. BEAUTIFUL DECK WITH TABLE AND CHAIRS. on the Day we were to arrive i received a text that there was no deck it had to be repaired because of leak. That we will receive 75.00 refund. on the way there we received another text that the key was in the mailbox once you open the door go.up the stairs to your room. upon entry a door opened and the owner asked if we needed help! We were surprised to see him there. We were not told owner was on property. We proceeded upstairs there was a bathroom, turn left 2 feet was the bedroom. No door at the top of the stairs. Not secure. Bathroom door had a lock. bedroom door had a lock but also had a keyhole that we never received. Owner has access to everything. With us there. The room was just a bedroom. full size bed water cooler tv on the wall a small shelf with tiny microwave and ac in the window. coffee/cupacino maker. We didn't it feel safe. the slider door had a broken lock. room was very tiny. The floor was dirty, the bathroom vent was very dirty. the radiator was very dusty. Dust on floor sticks to bottom of feet. A house was advertised as a COTTAGE not a bedroom with bathroom. Stayed one night out of 4 cost half of total stay. Not happy..
