Detached house on 2 levels (access by a small dirt road from the car park). Ground floor: living room-kitchen lounge area (1 sofa bed BZ 2 people). Upstairs: bedroom (1 double bed; 1 sofa bed for 2 people), shower room (shower with WC), balcony. Vast land. Access to the hamlet of Poingt-Ravier is via a winding paved road with numerous switchbacks over 3 km (chains compulsory in winter). A small path goes up to reach the cottage from the public car park 150 m away. In summer, it is possible to unload in front of the cottage only if a 4 x 4 vehicle is available. In the hamlet, the restaurant "La Ferme de Poingt-Ravier" enchants customers with its summer terrace in a flowery garden and its animals the farm. Surprising! Le Pré de la Madeleine has been a family affair for several generations. This restored house bears witness to the life of yesteryear in this high-altitude hamlet. The original character of the place is a delight for a disconnected parenthesis and enjoying a magnificent view of the Galibier massif.
