IMMOLOC ARDECHE offers a villa located in the South Ardèche, near the town center of Vallon Pont d'Arc, just a 10-minute walk away, and less than a 10-minute walk from the river. We invite you to discover this well-appointed, air-conditioned villa, accommodating up to six people.

You can enjoy a private, enclosed garden of approximately 1000 m².
The house comprises a large living area with a TV, a separate, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area.

There is one bedroom (queen-size bed) and two further bedrooms (double beds), as well as a bathroom (shower and bathtub) and a separate toilet.
The property also features a veranda and a laundry room with a washing machine. TV, Wi-Fi, parking, and a barbecue are included. Be charmed by all the amenities of this villa and its proximity to the town center of Vallon Pont d'Arc.

Great spacious well equiped house in quiet neighbourhood

Quiet neighbourhood, close to the city centre (10 minutes walk), clean, wel equiped kitchen, nice garden with great bbq, inside: modern look, nice atmosfere, great fire place, spacious sleepingrooms

The villa was nice but the air conditioning was not working when we arrived. The lady at Immo loc insisted that it was working but it was not, even though the outside unit was turned off. It took four days of us insisting that it wasnt working before the owner came and turned it on. We cleaned the villa thoroughly when we left but the villa had not been cleaned properly for us, there were cigarette butts in the barbecue and long black hair in the bathroom.

Wunderbares Haus in toller Lage

Das Haus ist wunderbar angelegt und ausgestattet. Zu Fuß ist man in 5 Minuten im Zentrum des Orts, nachts ist es jedoch herrlich ruhig. Wie werden das Haus vermissen.

Proche du centre, des commerces et des sites touristiques. Climatisation très appréciable avec la chaleur de l'été. Maison spacieuse et confortable (même si la douche mériterait une petite rénovation pour être à la hauteur du reste et un lavabo dans les WC serait bienvenu).
